Bill Creation High Level Instructions

Creating bills / invoices in Coreflex can be done from two screens based on your operational flow.  They are the Create Warehouse Receipt Screen and Create Bill screen.

The Create Warehouse Receipt Screen is intended to be used to immediately create an invoice after receiving.  It is accessed using the Create WH Receipt button on the ASN Receiving Screen.

The Create Bill screen is used if you run bills weekly, monthly or any time that is not specific to an operation event such as a receipt.  Unlike the Warehouse Receipt screen, all Coreflex billing types can be created from this screen.  It is located on the Billing – Invoicing – Create Bill tab.
