SALES ORDERS - SCAN PACK-

ERROR: PRODUCT NOT FOUND OR ALL HAVE BEEN SCANNED  

Overview

• This error occurs in the Sales Orders - Scan Pack Screen when you try to scan items (Example: P4 on the above image) that are not on the Items to Pack List and this error also occurs if you accidentally rescan an item that has already been scanned and moved into the carton.

*Note - This error would come up on the screen with a sound prompt. If you keep scanning items while having this error on the screen, those scans would be void unless you close the error screen. And those scanned items would show up on the screen for you to backtrack easily (Example: P2 and P1 on the above image have been scanned while the error is on the screen, thus they are void, but you can rescan them properly by closing the error screen).
